I have nothing but thanks for all the caregivers my Father has had regularly over the last few months. They have all gone out of their way to make him feel happier, cared for and just general support. This in turn has been a huge help to me knowing that he is ok (especially if he hasn?t heard the phone!). I highly recommend Kingsley home care. Carer?s that I would like to give special thanks to are Maisie, Simone, Vera, Marina, Amelia and Ainhoa. I know I have forgotten others but my Dad and I would not manage without you ??. I would also like to say that Hannah and Gerri who manage and co-ordinate the care are very professional, friendly and always there to help. Rachel x

They have been coming into me now for a couple of months twice a day to assist me with my personal care and I have found all their staff to be very professional they're always got a smile on their faces and are always willing to help in any way they can. I have had to phone the office a couple of times because of my visits clashing with other events and both times they've changed my visit times without any problems. The office have always been very helpful whenever I have contacted them about anything that I was concerned about, and on the very rare occasion that they're running late they have always let me know and they always keep me up to date with which carer is due in.I would personally rate my experience with them as excellent for providing first class both for their care and their communications with letting me know who is coming into me.

I have nothing but praise for all at Kingsley, staff and back up.All the carers are very professional and only too willing to help out if needed with other things. Mike looks forward to their visits and the banter. They are all very special people. Thank you

I was so relieved to find Kingsley Home Care. Hannah looked after my Mum for an evening and when I came back she had made Mum so comfortable. She knew all about the best positioning for a patient going through palliative care and I realise now the skill of professional caring. Nothing was too much trouble and also I saw how Hannah was emotionally connected with us and that makes a huge difference when you leave your loved one with someone. She was so compassionate.Thank you from all the Bishop family and Jenny.
