Just lost a customer that's spent tens of thousands of pounds there since 1992. Absolutely ripped me off on a 7.5 litre can of Dulux pure Brilliant white. £39.49. I told him the price wasnt right, I'd bought six earlier this year. He told me the offer had ended, told me the 15litres were over £100 and I said don't be ridiculous £48 in toolsttion. I paid up as time was of the essence. Sure enough, £24 online £30 including vat just up the road at Travis Perkins. That's me done with them. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered an oil boiler first week of March, it arrived 5 days later,the counter service was 5 star.The delivery driver,Nick was exceptionally helpful and manoeuvred the boiler for us to a location in house.Service was excellent all round. Many thanks.

Great branch, Knowledgeable staff, healthy stock levels and if they haven't got what you need they can get it in quickly if the stocks available from their suppliers. Ask for James or Steve for exceptional knowledge of hard landscaping products.

Reasonably good stock.Bit of a sexist attitude, not overly helpful, if they don't have anything it's a shrug rather than trying to find a solution.Apart from that it's OK and better choice than other places in the area.

went to purchase paint and coving. 3 guys standing at desk. two messing around painting a lump of wood. one serving customer in front. no service or acknowledgement from other two. wanted someone to work out how much coving i needed. convert square foot into meters. go and knock on that door in that office and ask them, so i did, after a few painful minutes of working out, he gave me the wrong answer. didn't know untill I'd come home! went back to cashier, to order coving. if you go to that warehouse way over there and see the guys in there, they will give you a chitty bring it back to me and they will sort. went into the warehouse, no one in there whatsoever, gave up! seriously did not have the time to waste. good job i did otherwise i would have had to come back for more coving. awful service! cba staff and useless!
