The company demanded £250 before anything.The company didn't ask relevant questions on the phone (when they are the experts) and blamed us for sending out the wrong person (the actual engineer was very polite).Then the company let us down by cancelling the second engineer.Do not use this company. Go straight to the individual engineer instead.The only positive - they agreed to refund us after they cancelled.

£140+VAT per hour, so you want your 60 minutes worth of a GOOD engineer yes?The engineer was newly qualified on a short course, no experience on the tools as such. No offence, he was a nice chap. But he wasted alot of time explaining his life when all I wanted my radiators connected.As a construction company I know how long things take. This was long winded.They won't continue into a 2nd hour without full payment for another hour upfront. I had to haggle to pay only 30 minutes of my 3rd hour.The only positive which mean 2* not 1* is they were punctual.

I called the local company in Diss, or so I thought only to find out that the Company that attended was not Heatio limited of Diss but Homeheat of Southend on Sea which I feel is completely misleading. As for the charges well I won?t even go there. I would just say be warned! Would I use again, no. Although the engineer was pleasant enough, he had to go away and buy bits even though he knew what he was attending. Perhaps it is to eeke out the attendance to over the hour, or perhaps I am just being cynical.Service: Plumbing leak repair

Engineer (Glyn) turned up promptly, got straight to it and sorted all problems with a leak easily. Knew about boilers, pipes, the works, plus a friendly chap. Would definitely recommend.Services: Plumbing leak detection
