This pharmacy is absolutely rubbish. Avoid like the plague. Rude, inefficient and on top of this they not only lie to cover up their unprofessionalism but literally could not care less if you?re left without medication. I?d go so far as to call them negligent. It has happened on several occasions and my GP also agrees that they receive many reports from patients of this pharmacy being terrible.

Diabolical. I thought you had to have at least some medical background knowledge to work in a Chemist. It's seems not to be the case in this place.

This is a small pharmacy but it?s still full of useful items and it?s super handy that it?s open on a Sunday. I didn?t wait long and they were able to provide everything on my prescription without any problems.

Made me pay for my contraception, as the Pharmacist said I take it for acne -(I don't.) When I said that I've spoken to the Doctor and she said I've been taking it for ages and shouldn't be charged - I still was, as the Pharmacist said they would have to pay if I didn't pay. Now I have to claim the money back. The Doctor and myself were both quite shocked. Very disappointing. I hope this doesn't happen to any younger girls/women who are seeking measures to prevent pregnancy. He also didn't speak very nicely to the female member of staff who relayed the message, I could hear their whole conversation in the back.

Sadly I had to use this pharmacy for emergency medication and they are still unbelievably rude! I handed over the prescription and waited to the side whilst they served the next person in line. She obviously wasn?t fast enough for them so they then started shouting at me as my prescription was ready, I wasn?t prepared to shout the personal details back so the gentleman there got angry and told the other person to go back. Not a lot of room in there to move about as it is and all very unnecessary by their staff. The gentleman is extremely aggressive and started banging on the window and shouting as we left as the other person and myself commented on the rudeness as we all left. Shameful behaviour!

The absolute worst!! Left me standing in the shop for 20 minutes while they chatted in the back room. What could possibly take them so long to fulfil ONE prescription. Even when I asked, a rude woman told me that I'd have to wait! I didn't. I took my prescription back and went to Boots!! Will not be returning to Hado Pharmacy.

have had 4 mistaken prescriptions 1 seven times the correct dose, missing items almost impossible to get an answer on the phone. very unhappy:-(

Not a very fun experience here at all. Even when the pharmacy is empty, it takes up to half hour to get your prescription despite being a frequent customer. The one young lady was very polite and friendly, however the older gentleman was rather miserable and obviously felt like serving a customer was a nuisance to him. The anxiety of coming here every few weeks is the reason I looked into getting delivered prescriptions and I'm now much happier. All of that being said, they at least never messed up my prescriptions.

Virtually, every time I go to hado, I must wait for at least 20 mins, even though, my prescription is weekly. Why do they always keep you waiting!
