My husband & i had a coffee and it was lovely, Greggs in Diss is clean & the staff are very friendly, it's always bussy, most days the que goes out the door, the prices are cheaper than other coffee shops, we go in quite a lot.

Greggs is a great go yi place for no nonsense food and good service. Nice quick turnaround. Bonus is if you are a biker, toilets!!.

Everything is as perfect as usual. Only sad thing is you keep talking off vegetarian options. An example you had a Mexican pie which is not available anymore ?

Bad customer service order was 10 pound we gave 15 by accident then didn't get change we ask she siad we only gave 10 pound while smiling proceed to call us liars was rude when we ask for a drink I would give no stars but that not a opinion

This place is always busy and for good reason. Great value for money and the food is always kept to a high standard. Full of local town folks enjoying a sit down and socialising whilst enjoying a bite and drink. Excellent promotions and friendly staff. Just be prepared to queue up during peak service periods!
