“Tall bloke black hair was very helpful & friendly and good with all the customers. Even has the time to have the odd joke.Some of the other staff could really take a page out of his book so to speak. They were moody unhelpful and blunt.In the store itself there is the odd friendly member of staff the rest wouldn't give you the time of day. Thats if your lucky enough to find a member of staff. However the good staff members carry the rest. For example the northern lady on tobacco counter. Lovely lady.”

“On my way back to Essex from the broads, we stopped at this bp to get lunch. M&S staff were lovely, hot drinks from cafe were tasty and meal deals included cafe drinks. Service was great and a beautiful coffee smell was all around the M&S.”

“Love Roydon service station! Sarah and co are amazing and helpful. Diesel and petrol seem to be cheaper here than anywhere in Diss. I live in Thetford now but I divert here to get fuel when I'm this way as it's the cheapest around! They also sell paraffin so if you run out of oil you can get it to tide you over. They sell loads of things that a usual garage don't, which makes Roydon unique and definitely worth going to. Thanks to Gav, Becky and all the staff who run the place and make it amazing for their customers!”
