“I can get everything I need for my mini menagerie of 3 cats and a dog at a very reasonable price.The gang are always happy to see my dog and always greet him by name. He loves to visit the shop too - probably because he gets spoiled rotten.What not to love about the shop and the fantastic staff?You don't even need a pet, the garden section is mighty fine too.”

“Superb nursery. A really wide range of interesting plants at very reasonable prices. I first heard about the nursery through listening to an episode of the excellent gardening podcast, Talking Dirty, on which the nursery owner Tim Fuller was a very knowledgeable and entertaining guest. I finally ordered quite a few plants via mail order this year in the late summer and they arrived promptly and in excellent condition thanks to perfect - and very environmentally friendly - packing. Excellent communication between order and delivery as well. Thank you!”

“Have used this family run Nursery for over 40 years, always helpful owners and excellent quality plants, in normal circumstances a well stocked shop too with useful seasonal bits and pieces but currently items available on request only since Covid .”

“We was a little put of by the really bad reviews but thought as we was in the main shop area so we thought give the cafe a try ? we ordered a small breakfast and it was cheap at £5.95 and a coffee, all was nice and hot and tasty ? the lady serving us was extremely pleasant and polite and the service was quick (although not many people shopping there on a Monday morning) but let’s hope they have the correct staff to satisfy the future customers ? very clean also and dog friendly section ?”

“Met friends here for coffee and cake. Lovely cafe, easy to park, nice walk through the Garden Centre and then , great service from helpful, friendly staff and a good atmosphere. What's not to like. Coffee and cakes were very nice and an average, for a garden centre, price.”
