What a top man , Roy fixed my iPhone expertly, quickly and without hesitation. My phone had been poorly repaired my a high street shop and Roy quickly diagnosed the problem and put it right . Cannot recommend him enough

I had the pleasure today of meeting the star that is Roy Aziz ! That man had my dead iPhone sorted in minutes. He turned my panic into calm! Also gave some wise advice on not leaving a phone on to charge overnight. A new rule in my house and I'm spreading the word. A lovely chap who I can't praise high enough, Thank you soooo much.

6 stars if it were possible.There is a reason why Roy has so many 5 star reviews - because his service is amazing. From start to finish. He is friendly, courteous and clearly extremely skilled at his craft!I have previously had so many nightmare experiences when trying to get broken devices fixed that in the end, you wish you'd just bought a new one. So when my Son's iPad screen was smashed, I dreaded the process I was going to have to go through to get it fixed. BUT then I stumbled across Roy and Fonemagic who provide the most WONDERFUL service. Takes the pain out of breaking a device! THANK YOU ROY.

I emailed about a couple of problems with an iPhone 7 Plus, and received a response within 5 minutes inviting me to the workshop. I met Mr Aziz, a lovely gentleman, who explained to me what he was doing whilst working, and gave me valuable insight as to his experience in the business. He refused to take a penny from me, even when I insisted. I was responded to, phone fixed (and working perfectly) and home easily within an hour. I couldn't recommend Mr Aziz enough. Thank you very much Sir.
