Very dark,dodgy Costa coffee ..only used it as there didn't seem any other option.
Why don't Costa and indeed Cafe Nero sell better coffees?

As a costa employee I?ve been to some franchise costas which aren?t great the manager here is wonderful friendly and always upfront and present.

Popped in for coffee. Tables filthy and uncleared. Floor filthy and didn't look as if it had been mopped for a long time. Used loo and it was only 11am and needed looking at.
3 staff on. One made the iced coffees. One took order and the other walked past filthy loaded tables to go out with her phone.
Won't be using again. Spoke to one of the staff on leaving regarding the above and all he said was that he'd tell the manager. No apology.
Wish we had spent our money in Greg's. Looked busier and much cleaner.
