Tony and Gary absolutely lovely! But if your given the fitter Mark i would totally avoid! He laid my carpet and vinyl just shy of a year ago! I did have to get him back out as my family couldnt believe the state of it! Im never one to complain as i hate to put people down but the fact im having to have a different carpet company out to price up new flooring is a joke! Even the person from a well known carpet place couldnt believe the state of it. I even paid him extra to move some furniture which all he done was moaned about. I wish id gone to the boss instead of contacting the fitter himself as to be honest the vinyl should have never been laid and theres all lumps in it which the other place ssaid looks to be a manufacture default. Even with the slit in the flooring he tryed to say it wasnt there when he laid it down. Have attached some photos and that is only a few to show how awful it is!

Excellent .Had 3 bedrooms carpeted and vinyl floor in 3 bathrooms very friendly and helpful when ordering 1st class fitters nothing was too much trouble also very polite and professional and at a very good price would certainly recommend

The actual fitting of the carpet and price was average, however...Very messy trade person, did not clean up at all, mess everywhere after he had finished (did not even have a broom with him). At the time of the quote, never was mentioned regarding any flooring being left or taken or price. As I came home to a surprise of carpet everywhere in multi rooms. When all we had done was the carpet in the hallway.After my amazement of the mess and the surprise of the carpet everywhere I rang the store. When I spoke to the store the man on the phone he sounded like he did not care advising "we should have known that carpet taken would have been extra" when i stated that maybe at the time of the quote and payment this should have been mentioned the man said "£75 for fitting, people take it for granted" Did not even take into account my concerns on how messy the place was either.Would not recommend this service to anyone. Was warned before hand and should have listened.

Recommended, I went in the Friday and begged for a urgent fitting on the Monday which they accommodated (we were moving in on the Tuesday and needed the carpet fitting before the movers arrived). The fitters were very professional and quick and the carpet is of lovely quality. Very pleased.
