Thank you so deeply and sincerely for all you have done to help Jackie and I. Following a heart attack and stroke our brother in laws glasses got broken. After visiting where he got them from and every opticians in Bury St Edmund's everyone said there was no way they could be repaired. We went to Adkins as Jackie has previously had glasses from here and from the moment the lady on reception opened the door she couldn't have been more helpful. She spoke with optician and they said they would do their best to repair them. 2 days later they were amazingly repaired and absolutely fabulous! We simply cant thank you enough, you all went above and beyond to help us and if we could rate you more than 5 stars there just wouldn't be enough stars available! You don't know the difference this has made to Tim and his family who are struggling so much atm but your act of kindness on taking on the repair is exceptional. THANKYOU xx simply can't recommend the personal service you give and, the passion and care that you show and the expert workmanship in your services. Thankyou really isn't enough x Sarah and Jackie

Ed has the patience of a saint! My prescription is never straight forward as I have four pairs of glasses all set at different strengths; and heights for the bifocal. I need these for my line of business and the glasses have to be absolutely spot-on for close-up work.Thanks to Ed and his team at Adkins Opticians for sorting me out for another few years.

I was visiting family in the area and woke with an itchy red eye, called in for advice and was able to be seen by their excellent Optometrist later that day. Followed the advice given and my eye was better quickly allowing me to enjoy the rest of the trip. Had a quick look at their frames while waiting and they had some really nice ones ! Local family will now be using Adkins instead of the chain they used previously. Thank you all at Adkins.

Called in with my aunt as she had broken her glasses. Whilst repairing them we discovered she needed an eye test, and was given an apointment for soon after. She had a very thorough test, from start to finish she was treated with curtesy and respect and chose a lovely pair of glasses that she is thrilled with. Good work!

They always give a really thorough eye test and Ed's really good at fixing me up with glasses that are comfy on my slightly wonky nose! Just sooooo much better than the big chains.

From the second you walk in to Adkins' Opticians you know you're in good hands. Lovely surroundings, top notch equipment and most importantly really friendly staff. I know eye tests aren't meant to be fun but I have to admit almost looking forward to my yearly check ups! Top notch glasses as well!
