Customer service , poor, no friendly service .One woman on a stool possibly little or no training on how to approach a potential customer. Asked about advice on chargers for a samsung watch and how to charge. Pointed at what was in stock. No questions asked other than to ask two chaps on stools through a door on their phones who were too busy to come out and offer advice . Must be great job to sit on your phones all day in a back office!

So so so Customer-Centric. Great Interpersonal Skills, allied to Technical Skills and the ability to explain to a techno idiot like some quite challenging concepts. Subject Experts have a tendency to love the sound of their own voice , spouting knowledge. Listening skills are not in their make up.These boys really listened. Such a wonderful relief !! Can?t recommend themenough.
