I would give no starts if it was an option. Staff oa the reception unfriendly and the optician rude, rushing tests, felt very uncomfortable. Will not be going back there ever again!

Very polite, efficient and professional staff. Craig went above and beyond. I arrived to collect my glasses, unaware that they had, in fact closed for the day. He very kindly served me and I came away very content with my new glasses. Happy customer ?

twice now I have tried to get new glasses at this Branch and both time it took an age so I cancelled the order. My last cancellation was two weeks ago but today I am informed that my glasses are ready!!!! Terrible admin

I had rimless glasses for approximately 18 months but had nothing but problems with them. Aesthetically lovely but not practical. However, I contacted customer service who forwarded my problem to the relevant shop and I went in to see them. The manager was the epitome of customer service and agreed to replace my glasses with another of my choice. I was thrilled and now await delivery of my new glasses.

Really great experience. Extremely friendly and helpful team. My first eye test in 13 years and would recommend. Skillful at frame selections that suit me and explaining add ons. Welcoming and just really lovely.

Making appointment on line was reasonably straightforward. Email confirmation was excellent. Follow up phone call message only asked for information if cancelling appointment.Vision Express area was well-presented, and peaceful. Primary welcome and eye examinations werepleasantly conducted. Optician was welcoming , communicative and efficient.I was advised that my eyesight was no worse, that my eyes met the legal requirement for driving, which was my main concern, having been persuaded to buy ?driving? glasses from another optician (about 4 years ago,) which were more trouble than they were worthFrames, ( for driving and TV glasses for my own satisfaction) and resultant fitting was conducted pleasantly and effectively, and all questions answered.Will go there again, with no doubts.

The staff were really helpful and polite. I arrived early, but didn?t have to wait around, I was directed to a chair and then taken for the first part of my appointment almost instantly, after which I then saw the optician who was also very professional and answered all my questions. I didn?t feel rushed or that any of my questions were invalid or silly. I would recommended Vision Express, the charge for the Eye Test was also not expensive.

Such a welcoming team of staff. Carie instantly made me feel safe during these COVID times and was incredibly welcoming.Henry is a great optometrist and put me at ease straight away - he was thorough and took time to explain everything.Sonja was absolutely brilliant at helping me to choose my new lens and frames - nothing was too much trouble.I cannot recommend Vision Express at Tesco in Dereham highly enough. It was a 5 star experience from start to finish. What a top notch team! Thank you guys.

All staff were very helpful and polite.Optometrist Serish was very thorough and explained the process at each stage.I felt my immediate needs were met on the day and any potential future requirements were clearly explained.
