Eye contact was maintained throughout the negotiations. Listening to our needs, pinpointing an exact match with only 3 places looked at.We booked there and then without a deal closer like the prices are going up or there are only 2 seats left on the plane. Caitlin offered to do all the bits I struggle with like insurance money (cash) and money cards plus printing out boarding passes. We will be going there first next time.”
