“I have been in bury st edmunds store multiple times and all I can say is you have 1 member of staff In there (blonde lady) with amazing customer service skills. The others? well how can I put it nicely they are rude, ignorant with no manners. no service with a smile. no nothing! Huff and puff at all the children and genuinely look like they hate being there. don't work in a toy shop if you don't like or can't be nice towards people and children”
