This is a large factory shop. I prefer the layout in this shop as I felt it was easier to find things. Found some leggins that I had come in for. We looked for shoes for my grandma. We found some nice shoes but not in her size. I asked the staff member if he could call wymomdham to see if they had the size and left my number. Unfortunately, we could not get the shoes, but the staff member was approachable, helpful, and supportive when trying to find the right shoes.

Reasonable selection of most things, however not as many bargains to be had as there used to be. But Fitzherberts is amazing!! Local people selling so many craft and gifts, fabulous place to go for that 'little something different', and prices to suit all pockets!

It's OK but would not cross Town to visit. The clothes are not exciting and I rarely buy anything here. Not too bad for footwear but other outlets are much better. I don't like the housewares section and would not buy any of it. Why does this store sell food? None of it is keenly priced. I wish it was as good as it used to be, it's been around a while, but hasn't kept up modern trends.

Great place and staff. Unfortunate that none of the trolleys have seats for children. When speaking to staff they advised all seating had been removed due to past insurance claims for injuries
