First time to the Showground Table Table, it was OK, some TLC is needed, service was slow, not good when you have two young grandchildren, food was OK all at very reasonable prices.

We had a meal out on Saturday 15th March for tea and I had a smothered platter on that evening I got food poisoning very sick and diarrhoea for about 8 hours it has taken most of this week to get over it

Food & table service was good. However we were over charged & even though we said about it whilst there they were not able to refund on same day. Had to phone & go in the next day to sort it out. It then took over a week to get refund back on payment card.

Spent nearly £80 today as it was my birthday the beef burger meals for my two teenage grandchildren were absolutely dreadful for £14 the portions were just as small as the children?s meals with the addition of one spoonful of coleslaw and ten chip absolutely disgusting

Food was good, but the table next to the window was very drafty. Felt cold the whole time we were there.

Went there last night at 16.55pm to have a meal and was told that no roast dinners as I have health issue and there was no alternative for myself. My wife had scampi and chips and pea cost £14.99 not very warm and it was more like a child's portion. Spoke to the manage and came back with attitude and didn't give a damn. All cooked by chef mike ( Microwave)

A group of 8 of us went here for our annual Xmas dinner. The service was amazing, couldn't have asked for a better waitress.
The food was just average and not hot. They ran out of sprouts!!!
Might be better out of xmas season when not so busy.
