Not over pleased with our experience here. It took 4 people to serve and there was very little filling in our subs. If this is a new trend, we will go elsewhere. If it is a shop policy to save money, it is a bad move. My previous experiences at subway have always been good. Young lady filling subs seems very inexperienced as she had to follow a printed ingredients list. Sadly she did not give you much in the way of salad and there is no comparison between what you are served and how the subs appear on the advertising. Poor value in my opinion, should have gone to the chippy down the road, the meal would have been warmer and better value.

I?ve ordered here for delivery a few times and 3 out of 4 times they?ve not delivered everything in the order. They forgot the cherry coke this time, the food was cold and I got literally 2 bits of sweetcorn. Ridiculous.

Disgraceful service. Salad portions were half that given at other outlets. After complaining the manager insisted this was correct. When told I?d be making a formal complaint he then threatened to complain himself to the company about the quantities given at other venues.Despicable! Avoid at all cost!

Great customer service. Food was good
But with the building, there is a bad condensation all on the windows and it's a shame as it will probably put alot of people off going in.
But the place inside is tidy and respectful. Just need to sort the windows out.

Fantastic stuff, I have been to many subways around Norwich and I witnessed some lovely smile today and I felt very happy for that when I asked for an extra salad in my lunch meal, the sandwich artist made it and packs it for me from till with a lovely smile ??????. That lovely smile made my day very pleasant..

Good however seems about £10 dearer than a few months ago (for 3 people). Still everything seems to cost more. An enjoyable meal .

Very clean inside. Served by friendly staff using gloved hands to produce great tasting subs. Was advised of meal deal to get best value for money.

Very quiet in there mid afternoon. Not used subway before and the staff were brilliant at showing me the ropes.They made an excellent recommendation of the cheese steak meal with selection of toppings and sauce. It was divine, excellent customer service reasonably priced.Got to say the coffee was amazing and I'm quite fussy with my coffee.Excellent fellas ? ? ?
