1st year visit resulted in 3 visits to get 3 pairs if glasses correct. Gave them another chance this year.
This year had an eye test came back to collect to collect 4 pairs 2 weeks later and all 4 pairs were wrong ! Had to have another eye test .. another 2 weeks later all 4 pairs still wrong !
A total of 10 hours taken off work waisted in store, 4 hours driving and fuel and just demanded a refund...they still had a cheek to say they wanted the money for the eye test ppfffffff no chance. NEVER AGAIN !!! RUBBISH PRODUCTS

Good Service for my eye test just a shame there was no customer service after I had paid for my new glasses as I never received any communication from Specsavers that my new glasses had arrived at the store I only got them as my wife had an appointment there to collect her new glasses and she asked if they had arrived.

Very bad experience
Not enough staff
Staff not knowing what other members of staff advised/done /not done .
Walk in customers being dealt with before those who have an appointment i.e. me .
Not chasing up delivery of glasses .
Contact lenses not ordered when told they were .
Contact lens consult only available on a Friday .
So having to wait a long time for consultation then again when happy with those I wanted ...

long story short. Broke my glasses (sat on them) never a good idea. Took them in and spoke to Hannah, The manager. What a gem she is. Told her they were the only glasses I had. Within 20 mins she had arranged for the lensesto be fitted into another frame. Life saver. Thank you Hannah. Thought while i was there I'd better get a spare pair. Even the Mrs was impressed. That's not easy. Great service. That's how it's done. Take note. Tony

The staff never answer the phone, you get a voice message asking you to leave your number and the reason for your call and they will call you back.....don't bother they never do, over the course of two or three weeks I left 3 messages with a request for a call back and no one ever did.

Its been a long while since I have used this company,what a difference. Efficient,polite, thorough, with all the latest equipment. I have yet received my glasses as yet as it takes up to 16 days to arrive. Will update on receipt, but most surprised at how reasonable the price.(Will update when I receive them if any problems.
