Totally shocked that there is no disability ramp to gain entry into the premises, especally in this day and age!When asked if there is a temporary ramp, I was told the pavement isn't wide enough! It's one of the widest in town, also the buses have temporary ramps which unfold and are used on slimmer pavements. So why can't Spec Savers Audiologist, it's not difficult, it's safer for the client and the person aiding to get into the shop.Also shameful of the NHS offering a service which isn't accessible.

Visited here for eye test. The lady that tested eye pressure etc was truly welcoming and efficient. The Optician Adam was again welcoming organised and great at explaining my eye problems to me. However, unfortunately the positive experience ended there when I had to choose my frames and lenses. The person who was supposed to serve me clearly did not want to help me and didn't explain anything to me just pointed at a list of lenses and said choose a lens ! I needed guidance on this and the proceedures. Didn't get it and asked if I could pay a deposit the response came through gritted teeth "No it's all got to be paid today". At this point I left. Despite the initial excellent service it all went down hill. So I went to the Optitions in Tescos they were all lovely explained all about the lenses and I can pay over a period of time interest free. So that's where I'll go from now on. Tried to phone Dereham Spec savers they never answer the telephone either.

Rubbish service, spent over £1,000 on hearing aids for elderly relative, have been trying to get hold of replacement wax buds for these, have asked Fakenham and Sheringham optician branches to get Dereham to contact us and nothing... This morning, came to Dereham just after 9 and you're not open!!And no we won't be coming back or filling in an online form.

I cannot fault Specsavers at Dereham. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable and the service I receive is exemplary. My glasses are perfect for fit and optical excellence. Keep doing what you're doing.

I cannot fault Dereham Spec Savers. All the staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I will always get my eyes tested at Spec Savers

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service from Specsavers Hearing Service at Dereham. My Mum who is in her eighties and very deaf without her two hearing aids had ear moulds taken as they needed renewing. They did not fit correctly and on 1st May Mum went back and new ones were re-ordered. It is now the 14 July and despite leaving 6 messages no-one has got back to her and no new ear moulds. Without fitting ear moulds the hearing aids do not work well and it is having a major impact on the quality of my mothers life and on mine too as I have to shout at her all the time. This level of service is disgusting. I wouldn?t even give them 1 star let alone 5.

Appalling service from this place. Paid for hearing aids told 3 weeks. 4 weeks later no call back as requested. Been to shop 3 times today at closed. This seems to be normal service for this place. Should have learnt my lesson last time they messed me about.They have now sent a link for me to fill in a form?.. all I asked for was a call back out of courtesy after many messages being left.Be very aware they maybe helpful when open, however if there?s a problem don?t expect help, contact quickly or any other explanation .Complete shambles

Have been trying to get an appointment to adjust my hearing aids for three weeks. All I get is an answering machine asking you to leave your details and they will ring back. However I?m still waiting for a call. Appalling service.

This branch of Specsavers is the definition of HOPELESS. Glasses ordered and paid for. They arrived late and were incorrect. Did not get on with 'correct' glasses resulting in retest and original prescription. New glasses ordered which I was expected to pay for. Was then given a date to collect them. Upon my arrival I was told they had not arrived. Customer service at it worst. Wait times when in store average well over an hour.

Excellent friendly staff got told I had the very early stages of cataracts explained everything made me feel at ease lovely man helped me chose frames they are brilliant highly recommend them ?
