Dined in, waited an OK amount of time, food was almost cold when it turned up. Even the apple pies which are normally nuclear for half an hour were luke warm. Burger was very dry, like it had been cooked and left to dry out in a warming oven or something. Not great.

Drive through, absolutely shocking service, gave me half the order, told to pull up at next window, waited and waited oh and waited some more, pushed the horn, young guy came to the window shocked, i ask where the rest of my order was, came back a while later with it,

It's your standard Mucky Ducks. Service is always polite and friendly. It does get busy at peak times. Check your order before you leave, mine has been wrong on numerous occasions

The only problem, they always forget something in the order, if you forget to check, guaranteed to be missing something, today, all the sauces/dressings were missing and no, I don't want to drive back to get them once I arrived at home

This is our local Mac D. Sometimes eat in sometimes drive through. 'It's not 5* it's fast food. It's okay at what it does. My only grump would be that the meals are sometimes luke warm and I like my burgers and chips to be hot .
Kid-friendliness: Yes, they have a few tablets they can play on.
Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors. Not much room at the tables I think you would probably block the walkway.

Ordered food from drive thru waited then got it opened it to eat straight away the food was awful. Burnt rolls cold burgers not extra sauce like I asked for very poor. this was from Norwich airport one.
