Very bad customer service,recieved wrong order instead of tuna mayo jacket potato we got prawn mayo! So we couldn't eat our meal together no apologies from.memet owner sent replacement after I ate my meal,we asked for a free bottle of pepsi max as apologie but couldn't even do that and used this company since it first opened,really value there customers NOT!!!

With the name Italian in the title.......You would expect an Italian style pizza. Thin, are you having a laugh. It had a consistency of bread, nothing like an Italian pizza. That being said you got plenty of toppings.

We had the Italian job and Hawaiian pizza this evening with extra cheese and the pizza was absolutely delicious and amazing service with a smile. We ordered on our way there and it was ready so quickly and also got a free drink. 5 stars, it was really amazing. Highly recommend. Thanks italian job, it will be hard to find another pizza place as amazing as yours.

Ordered a burger and a wrap from here for delivery, the wrap, onion rings and fries were cold because they came unwrapped in a pizza box, the wrap was extremely oily and the filling was very unbalanced. One mouthful just salad, one mouthful enough sauce to make you almost gag.
The burger was one of the worst I've had in a while, the brioche bun tasted burned, and the burger patty didn't taste right at all. The odd meat taste overpowered everything else.
I am going through a process of trying every restaurant which will deliver to me in NR20, and sadly this is not one that will get my custom again.

Fuming... advertise you deliver to an area and yet immediately cancel the order and claim you can't deliver. You shouldn't be on just eats offering services you can't meet or don't provide. I now have an incredibly upset and disappointed child and no food... not even a phone call to discuss an extended delivery time or to apologise... it's bad business to upset customers, especially new customers, with false advertising... the speed you declined the order makes it absolutely clear that you have no interest in customer service and falsely posted delivery areas. Never again.

That's why you should state there's a minimum order or even courteously call the customer... I could have increased my order... there's no minimum order on your listing for delivery here. Other places do list them.
Having looked at your previous reviews, this is pretty much the response I expected... rude... but that's fine because responses like yours show the truth... you have zero customer service skills, and it's the customer's fault that you offered a service you're not prepared to provide... the error is yours, and still you're blaming the customer... you should have called... it's your bad business skills at fault

We ordered a selection of pizzas from the Italian Job,
Personally we absolutely hated having to go through the order 4 times on the phone but I do understand that the order intake team is probably comprised of bottom set Sue's. She was fantastic on approach, answered the call with glamour and shine, maybe we simply ordered too much like the foul pigs we are!?
The pizzas were delivered hot and the ingredients were tasty and plentiful and we shall be back for another slice of the action in no time. X

Always great tasting food, it's our go to on just eat when we're having one of those can't be bothered to cook days.
Delivery normally comes before the estimated arrival time. However if main roads to your property are closed or blocked they do seem incapable of using a map/GPS to use the back roads, they will just cancel your order which has coursed disappointment.

We went for a quick lunch . Food was good , we order one of the pizzas , very big and delicious. The only less good situation was the starter of bread with cheese came to the table after we already had the pizza ??

My friends and I went there a week ago, and we have a great experience- the food came quick as there wasn't a long waiting time, and the food portions were very generous and extremely delicious. I had the Mac n Cheese which was one of the best Mac n Cheeses I've ever had. With such a wide ranges of food choices from mains to sides and desserts, and incredibly friendly service, I couldn't recommend this place enough :)
