Popped In today at 4.50 to be told shutting at 5 and assistant locking the door , your web site says 5.30 so really should be updated . Really did feel i was intruding as she wanted to be getting home , as I was told not worth staying open for a couple of pound. Won?t be going back to dereham branch with that attitude!

After checking opening hours arrived at 12.45 on 25/09/2023 to find 'Back soon' sign on door, at 13.10 the young assistant arrived and promptly locked door and the official sign went up ie ' Closed for few minutes'. Neither of these signs mean anything as they give no precise information as to when service recommences!!The assistant was rude and showed no interest in our needs whatsoever and just told us she needed a break !!!!!This is not the kind of service one should get from any retail outlet and I will now consider sourcing my requirements elsewhere.Long term H&B customer, Swaffham.

I went into Holland and Barrett today the lady in there was the kindest person I've met in a long time. Listen to what was wrong and help me find the exact items I needed. It's just lovely for someone to take the time and listen. Doesn't happen much these days

Dereham's branch of Holland & Barrett is well stocked and all the shelves are well presented. The staff are exceptionally nice and the young manageress very knowledgeable about her stock and health products in general.10/10

Unfortunately this shop doesn't have very friendly staff. Every time I got I remember and get annoyed for forgetting.I just looked online and found there is another H&B in Sheringham. That's where I should go next time and fingers x.ed their staff is more welcoming and friendly.
