It's just ok. The prices are good. The staff are polite if glacial in their service, but who can blame them. It's often busy with a big queue and because there's not enough staff it can be quite dirty if you eat in. Saying all that I go regularly as it's way cheaper than Costa.

Very small selection of fresh pastries ? because everything sold out and new one not ready ..I went there so many times when I moved in to Dereham from Cambridge where Greggs was my favourite place for lunch or snack ..I stopped going to Greggs unfortunately because there was never nothing for me
Vegetarian options: There is good selection of vegan pastries both savoury and sweet , I do like vegan sausage rolls when worn or hot , but unfortunately often vegan pastries are almost cold , looks like they prepared to many in advance to save themself good work , so it?s very disappointing to buy cold vegan sausage roll as it?s not nice tasting product ..all vegan sausage must be hot otherwise taste like paper - it?s not a pork sausage when they can get away with cold . I wish to buy there more often.::?

Don't usually come here but if you download the app you get a free hot drink so me and my friend did. The staff was so smiley and cheery, when we were called we were served by a man who was very chatty and polite, it was a really wholesome experience. Things like this really matter, when people have a positive personality and make you feel happy and glad you came out today, it means alot. Thank you Greg's!

Upon walking in the place was filthy, tables weren't clean, food on the floor, toilets were absolutely disgusting urine all over the toilet and clearly hadn't been checked at all . Got two bakes which were stone cold. Wouldnt visit again.
