Just had my car air con recharged by French Connection..First time I have been there. Staff so genuinely friendly and professional. I also noticed most customers coming in were regular, which means a lot to me. My air-con was done in the time specified at a very reasonable cost. Great company and I would definitely recommend there services. Thank you.

Just picked my car up after 2months in for repair with these clowns! they left my car looking like it had been dump under a tree and the fuel tank was so empty i did not think i would make it to the petrol station! as for the repair i am not sure if they have given my car back in a road worthy condition. Avoid these people i would not tust them to run a bath.

Took my Q3 in to see if the guys could diagnose a rattle from the back of the car which Audi Norwich had been unable to track down. Fault was found quickly (loose anti-roll bar) and fixed the same day at a very reasonable price. Fantastic service and will definitely use again. Highly recommended and not just for French cars!

Fantastic garage! We were on holiday from Scotland when the car developed a major fault. We called the AA who referred us to this garage. Justin and his team could not have been more helpful. He took me back to my hotel, kept me fully informed of the progress of the repair, pulled out all the stops really quickly so we could continue our holiday, fixed the car within 24 hours then even brought the car back to me at the hotel. What started as a very stressful situation, became a totally satisfactory outcome. If I ever breakdown again within a 100 miles of Dereham I will give them a call, they are fantastic. Thank you so much.

I was on a weeks holiday in Norfolk when our car broke down on a country road. The AA arrived promptly and worked out it was a cooling system hose that had split, He towed us to French Connection.I explained to Justin that we only had a few more days left before heading home,He was confident that the problem could be fixed the following day, I rang the next day and lunchtime and spoke to Abbie who was really lovely. She said the car was almost finished and explained they couldn't get a Renault original hose as they were on back order so they had sourced one from a local breakers yard, I was going to get a taxi to the garage, around 4 miles away but she said her dad, Justin , would pick me up. He came about an hour later and took me to the workshop. The car was fixed and at a reasonable price. Although I live in Surrey 150 miles away, I would urge anyone who lives in Dereham and the surrounding area to give them your business they were brilliant. I had been experiencing an annoying issue with my 2012 Citroen DS3 hatchback. When starting out 3-5 MPH the doors would lock as expected. Then for some reason, unlock and lock intermittently and indicate that the rear hatch was the problem. I even ordered a new latch and changed it but the problem persisted. I would often return after a shopping to find the car unlocked. After searching for a solution on the internet to no avail, I took it to French Connection, in Dereham. These guys immediately got busy and found that a seal on a relay box (PAX side under the bonnet) was pinched and allowing water to be funnelled straight onto a relay causing the problem. The very professional technician repositioned the seal, dried out the box and it's been fine ever since. They also did not charge me!
How refreshing it is to find such professionals in the automotive maintenance business. I highly recommend them regardless of the make of the vehicle!

As usual I took my car into French Connection as there seemed to be a noise from the clutch. I have to confess I was worried. A clutch is anywhere from £400 to £700 pounds. The car was overdue a service too. The guys looked at it and said. clutch is fine so I just asked them to do the service. Because I don't do many miles anymore the service was light. £140. What a bloody relief that was. I'm retired now and have arthritis in both knees. It was freezing out and even though I only live in Toftwood I still have to wait for the no8 bus. BUT, without being asked Justine said Come on I'll take you home. Not only that but they dropped the car back to me. WHY on earth would you go anywhere else. Thank Guys. Great job, Honest, Trustworthy, car repairs, service and MOT. When was the last time you saw those words in the same sentence?? Brilliant. Tony.

Used these guys today, my normal service partner is the main dealer.
One of the friendliest group of people, from the lady that took my booking through to the gentleman that dropped us home and collected us later, all topped off with a service, MOT for a sensible price.
Will be our garage of choice from now on.
