Very dissatisfied with their services. Poor nail technician skills and numerous messages ignored when requested further bookings. I wouldn't go back unfortunately.

Absolutely amazing team at Elle Belles. I have lashes and eyebrows with Kay. Nails with rosie and hair by tash. Even half way through a laser lipo course with AMAZING results. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Fab service, long lasting wear from lashes and nails and such a beautiful environment and welcoming staff. I would, and do recommend 100%.

Visited this salon recently had gels nails with no cuticle treatment looks like they have been on for a week after not even 24 hours! The colour however was exactly what I wanted and is lovely. I also had an eyebrow wax and tint but unfortunately this was not what I asked for. I wanted light and natural but got dark and slug like! In all fairness when I returned to explain how unhappy I was they did try to sort them and it was a slight improvement but this was not a professional job. Will be looking elsewhere for my next treat.

It's taken me ages to find a decent hairdresser in Dereham. After a couple of disasters I found Jo at Elle Belles. She is probably one of the best hairdressers I have been to in years. She is very professional and smart. She knows her colours and I am very happy with my cut. I get the impression her training is far superior and more extensive to that of the usual British high street hairdresser.

I would never get my nails done at this place again my nails only lasted a week and 4 days.and when I rang up and complained they wanted to charge me seven pounds for just one nail to get done what had fallen off.Service: Acrylic nails

See Katie today for my first brow wax at Elles Belle, she is amazing, quick and efficient. The best brow wax I?ve had in a long time, will definitely be returning and looking forwards to taking advantage of other treatments available. I regularly go to Elle Belle's for a pamper such as eyelashes and waxing. Always feel like I'm looked after, all the girls are lovely and they offer the widest amount of treatment in dereham for affordable prices! Kay always manages to squeeze me in! I wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment now!

Get my eyelashes done weekly here and they are always perfect! Kay is so lovely and makes you feel comfortable every time, would definitely recommend :)
