Lovely shop. Really good selection of carpets and laminate flooring. The staff are so helpful and the customer service is first class. They recommended several fitters to fit our carpet. Rob fitted ours - he did a great job and I would recommend him too.

Have used DTC for many years, and they have always been incredibly helpful and have high quality products. Foolishly I recently purchased some tiles from a big DIY store in the town, because they looked good and the price was cheap, but our tiler soon informed me about the inferior quality. Thankfully DTC saved the day and were able to provide me with great tiles at short notice. You can really see the difference now they are fitted. I have learnt the hard way that you get what you pay for! DTC will always be my place to go for tiles and carpets from now onwards.

Fantastic!If you need flooring then this is the only place to go!The staff were amazing, so helpful.The choice at DTC is absolutely brilliant. The efficiency is incredible. Prices are very competitive, parking is available right outside the store.DTC recommends floor fitters which they use, but it is your choice who you use for fitting.We contacted Anthony whom DTC recommended, and WOW!Anthony's Customer Service and attention to detail is the best we have ever received.Anthony was amazing, he went above and beyond in our opinion.I would also like to mention the other Floor Fitter DTC recommended was Ali, he also returned our call, his customer service was fantastic, friendly, and understanding when I told him we had already committed to Anthony, Thank you DTC!

Just popped in to see what they stocked and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and range of prices. Something for the majority of people. Young man that spoke to us was very knowledgeable about the products and when we decide what we want to do we will definitely be going back.

We have just recarpeted our first floor using DTC. Relly helpful in store with choosing the right product, responded to emails and questions by telephone promptly. Really worth using this company, you feel like your custom is valued. Would use again. Also really good reccommendation of local fitter. Brilliant job all round. Thank you.
