My husband and I were in Costa this morning and the young man serving, called Matty was on his own due to staff members not being able to get to work on time. He had been on his own since opening and was coping amazingly as the store was really busy with customers. He was very professional, courteous and handling the situation so well...He is a huge asset to the Dereham store and deserves huge recognition for coping under huge pressure by himself. Well done Matty you are a star.?

Was in Dereham visiting family. The lady that served us was really friendly, such a pleasant change from the rudeness in East London. Will certainly be back.

Costa coffee is much better now. I actually enjoyed my espresso. Actually 3 espressos as I went on three seperate occasions. Christmas time so cheerful staff. Pleasantly surprised.

Disappointingly this is supposed to be a Latte. It has no foam, and just tastes like a milk and coffee at below the standard expected of Costa. Please train your staff how to make the drinks we pay for. Thank you.
