I didn't particularly have a very good experience in this store this morning.I was queuing in which I thought was the correct line, but this very rude member of staffwho was also queueing (Young man with short dark hair) I believe he had just turned up to his shift as he was buying his lunch.He basically told me that I was a sheep because apparently I was in the wrong que.Even though there isn't any signs indicating where to begin queuing.Manners don't cost anything.He could of politely told me and that would of been that.Anyway It was a very strange experience.The man actually sounded like he was high on something. He sounded out of it.This has actually put me off returning to this store.

Today I was going to buy these reduced Parisians breads as the lady was collecting them at 09:45pm I did ask her politely to leave them for me I will buy them cause only one left on the shelf but wanted more than one as the others were in her trolley I did ask her politely if I can have the ones in the trolley she was like they gone it?s late I told her it?s 15 min to 10pm but no luck, I walked out surprised how can staff dealing with the wastage not trying to avoid wastage (carelessness) she could have simply took them off her bag and gave them to me but she is been difficult and wanted them to be wasted, I just had to leave the other one there and go as it seemed unprofessional.

Poorly designed one way system for Covid purposes, space that would have allowed customers to go round again if they missed something has been deliberately blocked off, impossible to access both cleaning products and cereals without backtracking against the one way system or leaving the shop and re-entering from the street, which would mean queuing twice at the checkout.
