Got served by Mandy who was incredible and Steve who was amazing and with Mandy she was able to get the carpet i wanted, the underlay and managed to pull a few strings to get the guy to come straight away to measure the room size and she was just fantastic cannot praise her high enough and Steve was just brilliant, had a good sense of humour and was just a lovely and great guy who is brilliant at what he does. Cannot thank you guys enough for all you did for my in September on getting my first carpet and my main one and will definitely return for when my upstairs need doing!Cannot say how much they did for me and words cannot say how much gratitude i have for you both!

Nice staff. Carpet OK but turned out to be unsuitable so not their fault. BUT a very poor experience about fitting. They send a fitter who is self employed and has to be paid CASH?Seems a bit dark economy to me. Also the fitter only interested in doing a quick job. No attention to detail.

Steve was excellent. My order was complicated with 4 rolls of vinyl, 4 rolls of carpet, barrier matting, coir matting, and fitting for 2 flats. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and Steve was extremely competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was very pleased with the ordering process in store and the price. Thanks

Would just like to say how helpful and kind staff at this store . Massive praise for Sharon as she was very helpful. 5 stars for these guys . Sadly was not as good experience at Ipswich store totally avoid .rude staff need retaining on Customer service

Been in store today and was served by Sharon the service was excellent. She went in wharehouse and searched out carpet tiles. She was very friendly and so was Stephen. We left with goods in our car. Very satisfied.
