Do not buy from this establishment.
I brought an item on 18th December and never received it or even a dispatch notice.
I emailed - no response
I telephoned 10+ times - no answer
I Facebook messaged - no answer
I commented on a Facebook post - no reply
I messaged on Etsy - you guessed it. No response.
Are they con artist ? Do they even have the products in stock ? Who knows at the point but what I do know if this blurb from the website
'sports retailer passionate about sport, and even more passionate about customer service.' couldn't be more false.
Not had the item, not had the money returned .
Again I can not stress this enough DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

There is absolutely no reason this company should sell things online because they won?t send it. They also shouldn?t have a phone because they don?t answer it. Had to pester them on Instagram to get any sort of acknowledgement of my order - which thankfully they have now refunded.

Made an internet purchase on 13th June 22, payment taken. No acknowledgment, response around delivery. Have phoned 30+ times with n answer. Also sent numerous emails ask g to cancel and refund the money. Have had no response. Hoping they haven?t gone out of business since they still owe me the money. Increased rating to 1 star in the hope they have the decency to repay my money

*DO NOT ORDER FROM ONLINE* Unfortunately had the same experience as other reviewers - ordered online via PayPal and have received nothing. I called and emailed the shop but no one answered. I then DM'd and left messages on their Instagram, which have been seen and they are active, but no response there either. PayPal have refunded me, relieved I used that service.

Ordered online via PayPal. No order confirmation email, No delivery date received. My enquiry emails were unanswered along with my phone calls. Refunded via PayPal thankfully. Don?t buy anything from them!

Don't know if they're trading anymore. If they are, they're doing it very badly.Placed an order online and got no order confirmation (though the payment got taken). Tried several times to call to check the order and got no answer. Tried emailing and it bounced back. Go elsewhere!

Ordered a basketball net on 14th November. Heard nothing for almost two weeks, so opened a case on paypal. Suddenly got a response to say it would be shipped asap. A week later still nothing. I requested tracking details and was told they would send them, a couple of messages and lies later, i received a refund into my PayPal account. Absolutely pathetic.
