I purchased a pair of ladies skechers here whilst on holiday. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. There was no rush or pressure to buy. I was able to take my time to decide which shoes I wanted. Many thanks.

As others have mentioned very diligent staff. After too long with cheap false economy shoes, we decided to get decent ones. this place has a good range although leaning a bit towards 'ballerina' rather than solid DM stylee on the girl's side. Has a reward scheme which with 4 kids is well worth it, less having to hack into the city which is a bonus.Update: Still awesome service, again very happy with service.

Happy Feet is a wonderful show shop in Cromer. In addition to a specialist children?s fitting service they also have a range of adult styles. I have bought the most gorgeous Emu sheepskin waterproof boots for Cromer winters. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, helpful and Covid-19 safe. I was made to feel most welcome and am delighted with my purchase.Highly recommended!

I just seen FB your post about refusing entry to someone for not wearing a face mask. There is no legal requirement for them anymore. Surely that is discrimination? The country is already become segregated enough as it?Such a shame as I really liked your shop.

My 7yo's trainers are falling apart after just two months. Yet the Manager refuses to accept return, dismissing it as 'wear and tear'! £48 trainers for just two months wear is disgraceful! On top of that, she was aggressive and rude.I wish i'd looked online and seen the other reviews warning about this shop first!

We've been using Happy feet in Cromer ever since my son was old enough for his first set of crawlers. Alisons knowledge of footware and foot care are both second to none and we've always had very pleasant shopping expirences with all of the staff. Often giving some very sound advice and plenty of appointment time to chose from the always beautiful collection of footware avaliable. We've felt particularly safe during the coronavirus pandemic as happy feet have well thought out and executed measures to keep us and everyone else safe. During this time your service has not suffered and is still exceptionally good. Bravo Happy feet we look forward to our next visit!

We went there today to fit first school shoes for my boy. Friendly staff and very helpful as well, shoes for my boy fits him perfectly and we definitely came back for another pair when he outgrown!

Another pair of school shoes for my son who came away with the perfect fit. We were pleased with the Covid controls in place within the shop. Gave us a reassurance they are taking everyone's safety seriously. Happy Feet only have a small team and Covid could easily close the shop if an outbreak occurred. Controls may not be a legal requirement but the virus is still here and we are glad controls are in place.

Great shop and exceptional customer service! We are so lucky to have such a great shoe shop nearby. We've been visiting the lovely Ali and her team for the past 7 years and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff there are so knowledgeable and are brilliant with children. There is a great variety of shoes available that are of excellent quality and are good value for money. We always feel assured that our child is getting shoes that are fitted properly that will last until outgrown. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!

Best service we have ever received in a shoe shop for my son who really struggles with shoes. We were just visiting the area and popped in on the off chance. They managed to squeeze us in because they were really busy. Was super Covid safe which was so good to see.I now have a very happy and comfy footed son. Only wish we lived near by and could use this shoe shop every time we needed shoes. Thank you for making a usually stressful experience a great one ?

Visited whilst on holiday. Amazing service, safe and professional. My little girl left with the first pair of shoes that I felt truly fit after years of going to the likes of other well known shoe shops. I wish I lived closer. I would not go anywhere else.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my children's shoes, they cater for narrow and wide fit which is perfect especially for my daughter. They are always so welcoming and friendly taking there time with all 3 of my children even when my oldest child can become quite challenging when it comes to picking new shoes and boots and they are always so patient and helpful ?
