No Good!Purchased JBL Earphones which were instantly faulty (only 1 earphone worked) I tried to return them only to be told I had to return them at a different store.Since Cromer Argos could not exchange or refund in-store I wanted to buy a replacement pair as a separate transaction - for which I had the code & which they also had in stock at the Cromer store - But I was then told that I had to go away and order them online (which, if you have done this before you will know it can take up to 48hrs to get the 'you can collect' email even if it shows as in stock) Since there was no queue at all why could they not run along & fetch them straight off the shelf & I pay contactless. Not helpful enough for me. Not acceptable, shame on Argos. i'll try anywhere else next time!

BE AWARE - THEY WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS EVEN IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY! No reasonable excuse given and door staff not interested and you?re told to travel 10 miles to another store. Very poor service

The are rubbish at jewellery counter .I ordered a ring for my husband .well it turned out they nearer ordered it as iam still waiting for it .I went in asked they said yes it's on order it will be 10 to 14 days .but still nothing and this was beening of October a joke they are in there .

I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a High Street Store
in a Big City, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard
when you go out buy Ink. Unfortunately, the standard at this Argos was very poor.
Where do I start? Having entered the Argos, we had to wait for several minutes to
be seen to, when finally a Chap said hi to me, the guy yesterday said it was okay to return
said items, but he refused, not even to summon anyone else, just refused, i have been using
argos for many decades but no-more, I will negatively review them on any occasion, and will
proceed with my friends and family plus a varst social media, i will tell everybody for many years to come
you will lose thousands.
