We had a delicious evening meal. The calamari was cooked perfectly. Steak and ale pie one of the best.

We came here after spending a day at NWT Cley and an impromptu visit to the adjacent church. We originally came for a quick drink but then had a look at the menu and decided that there were a couple of things that caught our eye. We?d taken a table on the roadside, but decided we?d like to eat in a more secluded spot, so went out to the beer garden. A lovely area, with a covered patio area, tables dotted about and views of the church. The order was placed at the bar, and there wasn?t a very long wait for our starters, I had chicken and wild boar pâté, and my partner had the shredded duck salad. My pâté was lovely and tasty, but the star of the show was the shredded duck salad, a pile of salad leaves with big chunks of watermelon, cucumber ribbons, loads of duck, topped with crispy noodles. We both chose the chicken breast with trulli pasta. It was a light and fresh dish, perfect for the summers evening in the beer garden with a pint (or 3) of Bee Sting Perry. It was a while before our plates were cleared, but we?d already decided we weren?t going to have desserts, so we went to the bar and paid, for such good quality food, the bill wasn?t that much. Definitely worth a visit

Really dirty room, wouldn't recommend. Toilet had wee all over it, new management clearly haven't got a handle on running a pub and BNB. Their excuse for the dirty room is that they don't have cleaners. Not good enough.
