Cakes and general portion sizes amazing. Nice, clean and well decorated space. Service is very very slow though. So slow that we laugh about it every time we go and take bets on how long it will take. Putting hot water in a tea pot and cutting a few slices of cake shouldn’t take over 25min…
VERA'S COFFEE SHOP is fully licensed and air conditioned. Open daily from 9.30am to 4pm.
Full English breakfast, delicious sandwiches with dressed salad, jacket potatoes with various fillings, daily specials, hot lunches, afternoon tea and fabulous cakes.
Our chefs use own grown and local ingredients where possible and our chefs & bakers make everything on the premises.
We have tables on our lovely patio and lawn, where you can enjoy the sun and views of the garden. Dogs are welcome on the patio & in our garden.
Please note our afternoon tea is served Mon-Sat 12 noon to 3pm and must be booked in advance.
