By the time I got served my hot food had gone cold. Plenty of staff they were just too busy talking to each other/customers they knew and making themselves drinks despite the manager coming out and telling them to help on the tills. I hate to think how bad the ques are when the petrol station is open as well.

Marks \\u0026 Spencer Aylsham possibly the worst customer service for a second time same person, Ignored at the pump then when trying to pay kept her back to me will stacking a shelf with cigarettes. When she finally acknowledged i was there best was a grunt no please or thank you, stupidly I still said thank you, ill make sure I have my Glasses on next time so I can get a name.

Convenient for fuel 24/7, and a well stocked M&S shop, serves hot food and various hot drinks. Wild Bean Cafe.

I was appalled by the service I received today, as I requested a Coffee and a chocolate muffin.
Not only was the young lady rude in the way she spoke to me. There was NO customer service or interaction.
Appalled. Not going back there.

Went in for a hot drink and snack, waited ages for the staff member to serve me, when she eventually came over my toastie was snatched out of my hand with no hello, how can I help you or thank you. I really do not know how this person got a job in serving the public, just really rude.

Looks smart, great food of course, but always seems sooo slow..need to have more tills open more of the time, it needs to move more quickly! Frustrating
