Having visited a couple of national carpet retail outlets in Norwich my wife asked Concept Carpets & Blinds of Aylsham, Norfolk for a quote for our lounge carpet. It arrived within 24 hours, was a third cheaper (for the same quality) and having paid a small deposit the carpet was expertly fitted within 7 days. The price included new underlay, door bars and disposal of the old carpet - all we did was clear the room of furniture. Very pleased with the result so would highly recommend Concept Carpets.

We have just had new carpets fitted to our bedroom, landing and stairs and are over the moon with them all. Superb, can't recommend enough. After tolerating us constantly shifting dates for weeks and months of delay when moving home, both Paul and Graham could not do enough to help get carpets, vinyl and laminate down as quickly as possible to allow us to move in and finished far quicker than we had expected. They managed to secure the product we wanted even after it was discontinued, no mess, absolutely no damage occurred anywhere and we're thrilled with the finished result. Hopefully we won't need any more flooring in the near future, but if we do we know exactly where to go.
