Ableist and discriminatory owner.
Several moments ago, my mother was denied access to the bathrooms all because she ?did not look disabled? and did not ?identify? herself as disabled.
She was told that unless she purchased a chocolate bar, that she would be unable to use their services. My mum was too desperate to hold her movements so was unable to communicate her desperate needs or ?identify? her disability. Her disability being ulcerative colitis and has undergone surgeries to remove parts of her colon and intestines. When she needs to go, she must go.
My poor mother had to relieve herself outside in some greenery as she was close to defocating herself.
Anyway, the restaurant was empty, the atmosphere and attitude of the owner was shocking and ableist. They are only running due to the fact people desperate for the toilet have to buy one of their £2 bookers chocolate bars.

CHINESE - Arrived and had menus given with a smile, good service from the beginning, the menus were very well laid out with really really good prices and a rather short wait. The food we got was sublime, I always go for salt and chilli squid, and it remains my favorite dish, but it's best at Route 11. I can't recommend this enough, words can't do it justice, Thurs, Fri, Sat evenings 5PM onwards, absolutely beautiful.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch, very nice cheese and ham salad, a lovely panini with salad etc. Nice portions and service.
