Excellent service at this opticians. The staff are professional and friendly. Particular thanks to Brona who carried out my eye test. She was very good at putting me at my ease and made the whole process pleasant. Also no 'hard sell' on glasses which I've had elsewhere. I highly recommend this business.

Have used Martin Christopher as my optician for the last 6 years. Excellent service. I have just brought my hearing aids from them as they set up a new audiology practice on Oct 4th 2024. I have done my homework comparing their service with Boots , Specsavers and NHS. Their facilities are excellent and the hearing aids ( which are the latest most up to date range) are excellent value for money with no extras on top ( except earwaxing). There is a five year aftercare quarentee from them and from the manufacturers.The new audiology room is excellent with a testing booth and getting appointments is easy. There is always someone on hand to make adjustment if required. The whole service is very personal, not rushed for time.

I went in to get some advice and perhaps book an appointment but was left waiting for ages by staff who didn't seem to care about me waiting to be served. I looked at the glasses while waiting, not much choice of frames, and eventually feeling that the customer service was not acceptable, left after getting tired of waiting to be helped. Went elsewhere.

Impossible to fault, an excellent team who have helped my very poorly wife with the greatest of consideration throughout the Covid epidemic. I had an eye test today with Brona Jarvis, an excellent professional who will fit in seamlessly with the existing team
