Poor customer service and rude staff who clearly have an issue serving customers of a certain background.
They forget everyone is human being let alone a customer contributing towards their salary. I've reported this branch or several occasions and now I will be posting videos of the staff conduct online

Good, but there was no self-scanning available. I don't know why, but I haven't seen any. I think it was due to Saturday, but the person was good at their work (scanning).

Would think twice about visiting again. Unfortunately the checkout staff were to busy either talking to each other or through their headsets. Never did she acknowledge me or speak to me, very rude need a lesson in customer service.
