Really poor service on prescriptions. Chemist needs urgent review by the regulators

Horrendously ran, stood in there, 3 staff present, an 8 person queue, serving one person at a time slowly waiting for them to get their prescriptions before moving onto the next, multiple customers leaving due to standing there 15-20 minutes to buy some simple over the counter pills, terrible management, the pharmacist himself didn?t take any care or notice in anything seemed like he?s just trying to get through it and doesn?t really care, disappointing

Awful service from the Pharmacist. The assistant was helping me and asked him a question and he said don't waste anymore time looking for the item. Terrible. Would rather drive to Norwich

Pharmacists who are ONLY out for money and if you donot pay for prescriptions they are blatantly obstructive, box ticking, obnoxiously arogant, dismissive, rude UNprofessionals. Their complete lack of humanity and compassion will cause serious illness or death of a customer needing urgent treatment. Even the young girl serving was spiteful and sarcastically...the other Foreign one couldn't speak a word of proper English!

Useless! Having to go back 3 and 4 times for them to get a prescription right ! I spend more time there then I do my own home due to their incompetence. Never known a chemist as bad as this .

Service is appalling, they need to understand who the customer is. One particular shop assistant was rude. The shops motto must be "Service with a sneer" Will not get my business going forward.

Unbelievably poor service standards. This branch debited my account twice for one transaction and, many weeks later, are still to provide a refund. Their aftersales 'experience' platform fails to acknowledge customer issues and one staff member is in dire need of 'customer orientation' CPD.

Nice staff, support on advice for my baby products and drugs, relatively quick service! My one feedback for them l, and typically most pharmacists, is to acknowledge the customer waiting and not just getting the glances from the back before being seen to.

Possibly the slowest pharmacy in the world. Managed to buy sleep aid without even being asked if I was on any other medication or if it was for myself !!! Not good

This review is just about the Acle branch. I've been using this for many years, including when it was under Co-Op ownership. I've had terrible service from them recently and now decided to make other arrangements, which is inconvenient because it's a 10 minute walk from my house. I do understand Covid has put them under pressure, but so it has to thousands of other businesses, who still maintain at least a helpful attitude, even if they can't give their normal levels of service. When it reaches the point where they'd rather argue with me over the phone for longer than it takes to actually do their job, a line has to be drawn.

Well acle doctor's sent prescription to chemist but on my arrival apparently it hadn't been sent. This place needs a shake up from the regional manager as I'm not the only one complaining!

If this shop was anything other than the only chemist for miles, I would avoid it. Unfortunately i don't have a choice.
