Dark haired staff member has a really shocking attitude.Asking if they can provide cash back with my Spar purchase, I receive an answer of yes, but she won?t give me cash as she?s not giving any to people needing it for the pharmacy? don?t answer yes then!!I understand that the pharmacy card machines being down isn?t their problem, but why offer a cash back service if you won?t actually let people use it when making a purchase from Spar? Very odd that they?re deliberately not allowing people cash back when it?s for medication.I don?t think the woman with the attitude realises how negatively her rudeness can affect somebodies day & I hope she?s provided training on how to speak to local customers ASAP.

A wonderful friendly warm welcome by the 2 ladies who were happy to answer and reassure me regarding allergy concerns, helping to make considered recommendations. The cafe was warm, clean and a great menu. Lovely quality food and drink. I loved my gingerbread latte, very festive!

This little coffee house is a gem, the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the cafe is bright and clean and the food is superb. I'd recommend the BLT, it was one the best I've had recently, the tomatoes where finely sliced, all the ingredients fresh and it had the correct ratio of bacon.

Hi , I'm writing this because of the bad experiences I've had in this shop .My wife and I went to pick up some parcels which were delivered there buy yodel .It was not an easy transaction as the bar codes given to us on our phones did not match anything that they had .One member of staff managed to find one of the parcels but wouldn't give it to us because of the barcode not matching . They had already seen my Id and gone of my name to find the parcel but still said I couldn't have if and it was due to go back to the sender that day . Needless to say we were not impressed at all and wondered what if we just took it .luckily the surly shop assistant one of two decided if the younger shop assistant could make head nor talk of it all . Thankfully she was able to sort the situation out without bloodshed to our relief .She was very polite and patient unlike the rest of the staff who seem oppressed and depressed and seemed not to like their jobs (extremely unhelpful ) there where no good mornings or pleasantries from ether.I would suggest a staff training course on being polite and helpful to customers wouldn't go a miss .I can't wait for the next time we meet unfortunately I'm sure nothing will have been done.Thank you once again to the young girl who sorted out the problem ?

Passing through on our house hunting jaunt, Peppers offered a delightful eclectic setting to enjoy a mocha and an enormous slice of coffee cake each. Staff very cheerful and efficient. Will definitely become a regular when we move

Went for an amazing lunch ( as always ) staff are always really lovely, service is great and food is delicious!! A lovely little coffee shop which is dog friendly (amazing!!) will definitely see all your lovely staff very soon

Absolutely miserable shop. First time I went in I thought it was maybe a one off, but subsequent visits have proved that the overriding atmosphere is one of rude, impatient and abrupt staff, would it really hurt that much to smile? If you?re in a chirpy mood maybe keep driving and give your custom to a more deserving recipient. Thankfully I don?t have to visit that often.

First time visit here, as was passing through, and have to say that it?s an ?interesting? place. The first thing that catches your eye is the total randomness of the decor. Wild paintings next to plastic fauna. A variety of different seats and tables?..and items stored customer side of the counter. I had a couple of coffees and a sandwich. The drinks and food were very good, as were the staff. The arrival of the sandwich prompted the next strange event?.a ?gold? coloured knife and teaspoon. Made me feel like I was in a period drama. Final black mark?..they need to sort the extraction out, as the cooking smells and burnt toast filled the nostrils. In summary?..very nice food, coffee and staff, but is clearly suffering an identity crisis.

Very rude staff. Went to redeem my Energy Bill cash voucher. Staff went thru the process and scanned the voucher. When they realised they need to make a cash payment, they refuse to hand me my cash and said they don't do this here. Then tried to send me away and tell me not to come back.
