I had to leave a review after reading all the negative ones.Firstly, the car park is well signed that there is 30 mins of parking for customers. Huge writing, you would have to be legally registered blind not to see them.Follow the signs to the tablet and add your car registration. The two ladies on shift today were lovely and helpful. I walked away with a gorgeous set of nesting tables. Thanks!

Great shop with reasonable prices, one of my favourite Charity stores. A really good cause, this Charity funds research and helps people with Cancer, so it makes me so cross those people complaining when they use the car park for other shops, then get fined. This Charity presumably rents the building and car park, therefore, you have no right to park in there unless you are supporting the Charity? The sense of entitlement of astounding.

the staff in this shop are particularly unhelpful, unfriendly and ungrateful. They watched me from the til area trying to open out a table with no offer of help. When I tried to book a slot to donate an item of furniture I was told I couldn't as they had enough coming in at the moment.

Have also fallen foul of new parking camera even though parked out of hours - supporting local business - staff not interested in any form of appeal or goodwill so will not be supporting this particular business moving forward. Hope kickback from Smart Parking is worth all the customer upset and lost business being generated as a result.

Went into this charity shop on Saturday afternoon. The idea of a charity shop is that it wants to attract good quality donations. We arrived with two boxes of good quality donations - crystal glass ware from the estate of a deceased relative. Having navigated the system to avoid the £60 parking fine, we were pounced on by the manager. We were asked what was in the boxes, before we could answer were told they only take donations by appointment and don?t take them late in the day! So we left. Attitude rude, abrasive, so took boxes to another charity shop round the corner (Wirral Hospice) who were warm, welcoming, and grateful. This shop needs to take a long hard look at its attitude, and realise that it depends on donations, so should perhaps not be so rude and unwelcoming. Will not return.

If I could give 0 I would do not shop in this store. I've spent hundreds of pounds over the last couple months and I will NEVER shop in here EVER again. What charity shop puts a parking camera in there car park where I now have a fine thanks to them I will post all over social media to not to shop in this charity shop and will tell everyone not to shop here you are a joke of a company

Avoid unless you fancy a £60 fine. Robbing bas*ards.

Can?t believe a charity has allowed a predatory parking fine company to set up in it?s car park. I now have a £60 fine for parking when the the shop wasn?t even open. Absolutely disgusting. People are struggling at the moment and a CHARITY is teaming up with a company that makes its money from practically extorting others. I will never be using this shop again.

I think it's a real shame this "charity" shop feels the need to put ANPR camera in their carpark. Just takes business away from post office and rightway. Really shameful. The shop front is an array of warning signs and just has a very general unfriendly feeling about it now. Doesnt entice me in at all.

They have quality goods at reasonable prices. There's parking outside although it is limited. In side it's well laid out most of the isles are wide making it easy for people with mobility issues.

Always have a great selection. Own car park (you have to enter your car reg in the shop to use it for free). Staff always very friendly and helpful.

Use to pop in when visiting post office - a charity shop introducing ANPR parking charges, can't believe it....not very charitable! Won't be spending a penny with them

Just been to this charity shop in heswall to donate some lovely bedding and cushions. I also had a bag of clothes including a lovely coat I hadn't even worn. I was asked by I presume the manager had I booked I didn't even know I had to book. I explained this but she wasn't interested I even showed her the lovely cushions but still refused them she was extremely rude and told me to go home and book struggled carrying 2 large bin bags but I replied I will never donate in this shop or buy from this shop again. I took them over the road to Barnardo's where the lady there was lovely and very grateful and took them.

So the first time I tried to donate i was turned away without an appointment. I tried to make an appointment, was told to call back. Finally and was offered only mid week when I was working. Manager abrasive and seems intent on keeping items away. I used to donate regularly. Never again. The charity needs to get a grip.
