Good hotel Fantastic food I stay in premier inns a lot and this place takes some beating ewelina is a credit to the beefeter pub next door she never stops and makes sure you are looked after chefs at this place certainly know how to cook

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We always stay at this Premiere Inn when visiting the Wirral. Well done. Superb! We've stayed there many times over the years, and they've never let us down.

Trying to charge £10 to check in at 2.50pm is ridiculous, especially when most hotels have a 2pm check in time and allow early check in when rooms are available. Overall it was a fairly poor stay and overpriced for what?s offered. I?ll try and avoid staying here again and will be less likely to stay at other premier inns.

From the first moment of arriving everyone was so helpful, which included finding somewhere to leave boxes that we had brought for a later stay, finding and printing out a route locally that we needed, finding more suitable pillows, all of which was done with cheerfulness.

We stayed for one night. Free parking is great. We were given a very friendly greeting by staff on the desk and made to feel very welcome. Staff very chatty and genuine. Our room and facilities were spotlessly clean. More tea coffee etc were available in the foyer, if required. The bed was really comfy and we had a brilliant night's sleep. Handy for the village too.

Fantastic service from Deana and Libby, organised a car wash for me and took delivery for my new tools. I work away from home often but these two are the most efficient receptionists I?ve come across!

We stayed overnight after a family christening in the area. The staff are all very pleasant and cannot do enough for you. We had breakfast the following morning which was very good. We can highly recommend

Staff are always friendly and helpful at Heswall Premier Inn. Plenty of parking spaces each time I?ve stayed. I didn?t use the restaurant this time so can?t comment on the food. The fire alarm went off in the evening so we all had to evacuate and wait for the Fire Service to inspect. Thought we might have been offered a free drink but didn?t happen. Room was clean apart from a few hairs in the bath and around the wash basin in bathroom. The hotel is handy for visiting various places on the Wirral. There?s a bus from Heswall to Liverpool which is handy. Would return if the price was reasonable. I just wish they?d allow a well behaved dog to stay.

Completely stress free stay with a very comfortable bed and welcoming and friendly staff. Could not be better. The room was spacious and quiet, so sleep was very good. Breakfast was also very good, both cooked and continental.

We stayed in this Premier Inn as we were going to see Tommy Scott in the next village. Olwyn and Jill were very interested in our trip and even asked for an update the following day! They were very helpful about how to get to the venue and offered us advice about taxis ? Overall the two ladies? enthusiasm was outstanding. We often stay at different Premier Inns around the country but the attention from these two ladies made this one stand out. Thank you x

Tried to come early, ten minutes before booking in time, she told me it will cost me ten pounds ,I said if I come at two minutes to, she said it will cost me ten pounds, I have never happened to me before in any hotel, it a disgusting. If the rooms have been cleaned why not.

A nice hotel location good next to pub that does breakfast & meals lot's of free parking for hotel guests & Heswall just up the roadFood & drinks: Public house next door will do breakfast and evening meals staff very friendly and helpful
