Next of kin has contacted this practice 6 times in last 12 months with repeated outbreak of shingles. Refused face to face appointments and continually given repeat prescription without further health checks. Today she got an appt due to severe deterioration of health. She has Post-herpetic neuralgia. Emergency blood tests tomorrow,, B12 injection, other medication.The Dr today was helpful and shocked at repeated dishing out of repeat prescriptions.Some Drs at this practice should not be in profession.

Avoid Moreton Medical Centre on Upton Road. Absolutely awful, unless of course you like patronising receptionist, love spending hours on your phone to get an appointment, and basically are never sick!!!!My previous review was a year ago and today I needed to speak to reception. I called and automated message said I was 3rd in the queue, one hour later I gave up. Enough said.

Awful, can't get an appointment, I have to ring at a time that I'm in work or go on their website which isn't giving me the option to book an appointment, apparently because there isn't any. I have been with this practice for over 30 years, today I am leaving them, I am disgusted with their appointment booking system!

Enjoyed the seating and the ambience ...miss the copies of People's Friend and Gardeners Weekly...perhaps this should be reintroduced?

Terrible, i have been a patient here for years, last time i went in to the practice to book an appointment they told me i had to go home and do it online. Tried to book an appointment today for a separate problem and there is no available appointments online or the app, just refers you to an online consultation website that is only open 4 hours a day Monday to Friday. Not great.

An excellent GP practice. I have been with this practice for many years and I have nothing but high praise for the doctors and all the staff, medical and non medical. I find everyone very approachable and sensitive to my needs.

It is absolutely difficult to book an appointment to see anyone at this surgery. The website is one of the most difficult place to navigate and the automated phone system is absolutely useless.

Excellent. Been with this surgery for over 20 years and they've looked after me & my family with care.I did an e-consult this morning at 8am about a knee problem, I had a response the same morning from a surgery doctor saying they would refer me for an x-ray, which I had at 4.30pm the same day! Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent doctors - problem at present is getting to see one. Have to see temporary doctor if need an appointment within 2 weeks. Presently difficult to book due to online appointments system not working and slow telephone response. This review at 6th Feb 2020.

Been going to this doctors for over 30 years always good service sometimes hard to get appointments with your preferred doctor very busy and popular practice receptionists are always friendly and helpful.
