I don't normally eat McD (I'm 75, for heavens sake - all those calories!) but I just love to eat them and so I just give myself a treat every so often. The staff move are amazing, really helpful.
My burger was a bit slow to arrive and I was in too much of a rush to wait. No hassle, they gave me a different meal almost instantly, my money back, and my receipt marked for a free burger next time.
Just had to send Ronald a special thank you!

Absolutely awful service. Food was delivered to the wrong house, we think - and left there.
Two roads share the same postcode in our area and have similar names, but the houses look totally different. Our order was sent to the same number but on the wrong road. The delivery tracking showed an entirely different house, that is on a different road, with our food left outside.
When contacted about this, they refused to do anything about it because apparently it's the same house. It's not.
Despite the house it was left at having a demonstrably different road name, their system said that it had been delivered to the right place.
No refund, no redelivery, absolute joke.

Nothing new to be honest I doubt anyone even McDonald's read the reviews. Missing items as per even ordered through the McDonald's app and trying to contact them is near impossible. When you do they blame just eats or Uber even though the McDonald's staff pick it and pack it.

Arrived with my granddaughter the order machine kept failing as went to pay (3 times) then said pay at till waited 5 mins for someone to come to the till. In the meantime my order is not being processed as it's not paid for. Several items were not available. Discussing service no one was interested won't be going back in a hurry

Absolute joke of a service, waiting 20 mins after a drive through order for a simple order! Imagine ordering 2 meals, you would need a sleeping bag for an over night stay ! Get a grip !!

Always check your orders when leaving the drive thru, multiple occasions of missing items.... Has happened when ordering to deliver as well.

Absolutely dreadful. There is a gang of lads smoking pot right outside the front door then they come inside and chase eachother round the store and shouting....totally unchallenged by any staff. Certainly won't be coming here again. They need security
