Ordered online on Sunday evening for a friend whose husband had passed away. Booked for Tuesday delivery. Received an email on Monday morning to say they could deliver that day. Absolutely brilliant service and communication and the flowers were lovely. Thank you.

Just perfect!!! Always worry about ordering flowers on line as in the past the other florists bouquets have never lived up to what is promised! However the Flower House certainly exceeded expectations! Stunning flowers, which smelt amazing!! Thank you

Ordered a Christmas Festive Foilage arrangement for my wife for Christmas ?The flowers arrived as requested and my wife was more than pleased with how beautiful the arrangement looked.Especially the type of Christmas flowers in the arrangement.I would certainly recommend Flower House for all your flowerrequests.

What can I say!!!The flowers for my daughters wedding 26/08/22 were absolutely spectacular!!!Bridal bouquet, gorgeous!Bridesmaids flowers, gorgeous!All table decorations, gorgeous!Wedding arch, gorgeous!I am unable to add photos, and I really hope the girls have. but please believe me when I say, you will not find anyone better in Merseyside. Absolutely fabulous service. I cannot praise this business enough. I had forgotten to send flowers to my mum on her 95th birthday. Not only did they deliver the flowers the same day, in addition, after telling the florist how guilty I felt after my mum told me she had no cereal in the house and couldn?t have breakfast on her birthday- The wonderful and kind lady offered to buy a box of Rice Krispies and deliver at the same time. What a super star!!!

Chris really listened to our summary of what colours and flowers my sadly missed mother-in-law had loved. The funeral flowers not only looked perfect, they smelt beautiful too as they included herbs, rosemary and mint. We did her proud and always use Flower House, worth every penny.

Beautiful flowers, wonderful understanding staff, wonderful service.. Only thing I would say is what I ordered online didn?t look like the bouquet we got.. still a beautiful bouquet but not what we thought we where getting.. will order again but would like to get what the picture shows nxt time.. Excellent service & really beautiful flowers arrived, I received very friendly & helpful advice over the phone as a guide & much needed assistance for a first time buyer of flowers online, their website is very informative too, it also boasts loads of photos featuring numerous floral designs & displays for literally every occasion, showcasing the fine skills of professional florist/s, (that's why I chose this store, their displays stood out amongst other stores that I'd browsed online & it's local) Great on time friendly delivery, again beautiful flowers, Highly recommended with a very easy 5* rating from me, Thanks again to the store for a great job & excellent service.
