What can I say other than the biggest thank you ever to Clive Watkin West Kirby and in particular Linsey! We just completed our first rental move through an agency and honestly I can say that the communication we had with Linsey was fantastic! She helped us at each and every step and made the whole process so much easier than we initially thought. I have recently rented a property through West Kirby lettings office. The service from start to finish has been fantastic. I was shown round the house initally by Molly who works in lettings at Neston as Linsey was on holiday, and she was very friendly and professional. Linsey in West Kirby then took over with all the paperwork and signing and she was so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. So so happy with the house and would not hesitate to rent through Clive Watkin again they were fantastic.

I signed for my rental property in West Kirby with Clive Watkins whilst living in Cyprus to finalise the sale of my villa. We recently have rented with Clive Watkin West Kirby. Linsey the lettings agent was extremely helpful, brilliant with customer service and was also lovely to deal with. It's so stressful moving home and she really helped with the process. She made sure everything was in place for us and dealt with any problems or questions and I can't thank her enough, she made the whole process stress free. I recommend this very professional, yet very personable and friendly lettings agent to anyone looking to rent at the moment, it was a great experience.

Clive Watkin, Prenton, was superb in selling my house quickly; then their West Kirby branch found me the perfect apartment in a short space of time. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Linsey, who was always polite, efficient and helpful. I would recommend them/her, unreservedly.
