I recently had curtains dry cleaned - they didn't seem too dirty but have come back a lot more vibrant & beautifully ironed etc. I own pet budgies & they had almost destroyed the look of the top of one curtain! But the dry cleaning has sorted that out. Staff were really friendly & helpful. I'm so pleased to final a local small business! I'd fully recommend them.

Have been using West Kirby dry cleaners for many years , always with brilliant results but they have exceeded themselves !!!!
I left a dress that had a nasty lipstick mark on it , thought it was ruined , but has come back like new , I can?t recommend them enough . Service is prompt , staff are friendly & super efficient. Thank you

Absolutely delighted with the results of stain removal on some shirts I took in which I thought were ruined but its brought them right back to like new! Great staff. Wouldn?t consider anywhere anywhere else for dry cleaning. Brilliant service ??

Such fantastic service. They stated they would go over my dress a few times and if the stains didn't come out to a good level they wouldn't charge. Great prices too in comparison to other cleaning companies. Would recommend 100%.

Poor quality and poor customer service go hand in hand at this shop. A garment of clothing was left on the Wednesday and then due to be collected on the Saturday, upon collection I was told it had not cleaned correctly and needed to be re-cleaned therefore a wasted journey made. I am no dry cleaning expert but the garment had not even been touched, the required re-clean therefore was a clear excuse. Things then took a turn for the worst as the business owner, Graham I believe his name is, chose to conduct himself in an aggressive and intimidating manner by firing a personal insult towards a family member that was deeply unnecessary. Therefore if I can offer any words of advice, steer clear of this dry cleaners and take your business elsewhere and hope that during this time the management sharpen up their professionalism and learn some manners too in the process.
