Vastly improved from not too long back.
Easy access for disabled and plenty of tables and chairs.
Visited midweek afternoon. Busy inside, with a smallish back yard for outdoors drinking.
Usual Spoons prices for food and drink.
Worth a visit.

Visited today and ordered a traditional cooked breakfast and hot refillable drinks. Breakfast took almost half an hour to arrive despite the place being half empty . Problem with both drinks machine so couldn?t get a drink complete waste of time speaking to the girl on the bar. Totally rude and disrespectful itowards a paying customer . Very disappointed

Popped in on Tuesday for breakfast. The food was quite good, the table was full of left over food and drinks, we cleared them, we asked someone to clean out table, our food arrived and we had to put them on our laps while the table was half wiped ! the whole place could do with a really good deep clean as there was beer and drinks marks on the pictured, down the walls and the partitions. The people on the table near us , were swearing and talking loudly so much so that it was making me very anxious. We left as soon as we could, never to return until the whole place is sorted out.

Improved since summer 2021 refurb. Nice new spoons carpet!! Seems more outside tables at back. Nov 2023. Still above the average Wethers. Yeh. Good. Aug 2024. Same as last post. Nice pub ?

Good value but a lot of items missing in the meals. Not normal for spoons. When questioned we were assured the missing items would come but this didn?t happen.

Very good atmosphere here, particularly outside on the rear terrace. Only two serving behind the bar on my visit, but the staff were on the ball.
