Outstanding customer service. Every volunteer is extremely friendly. Manager, Jane, is knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I go in and pick up books regularly. Always met with a smile. This one time recently I left with Vol.2 of a collection without realising. I came in a few days later to enquire about the other volume and they managed to track down Vol.1 for me. Fantastic!

Rediculously overpriced. £30 for second hand books that can be bought as cheaply brand new. People donate so things get reused and we don't consume as much not just to raise money the prices in this shop need looking at.

A charity shop thats a little differentnot your usual jumbled set up..the place to buy collectables/antiques etcand good for buying vinyl!
